No. 1019 (W) of 2013 and complying with and giving effect to the judgement and order dated 13.08.2010 passed by His Lordship Hon’ble Justice Dipankar Dutta in W. P. No. 13489 (W) of 2010 (subsequently affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India)
